My Fair Lady challenges viewers with a story about the overemphasis we all place on social status, though this George Cukor-directed musical isn't so abruptly didactic. It remains wonderfully, eternally entertaining. Notes The repriced and repackaged VHS versions (Catalogue #'s 4100974 and 4100975) are digitally mastered by THX for superior sound and picture quality. FoxVideo laserdisc #8167-85 is a 30th Anniversary Widescreen Collector's Edition. This THX laserdisc was restored from the original 65mm elements and 6-channel stereo tracks.
